UNIVERSITY DAY OF QUEZON CITY POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY 

The University day of Quezon City Polytechnic University. I didn't expect if this event is to be unforgettable moment but I was wrong to think that, when I came in University, I wear my complete uniform because they said if you are not wear a complete uniform your not allowed to go inside. Then when I’m inside the campus I see that they enterprise their product to get income or save money like Bags, Perfume, Cell phone  case, Tattoo Henna, Bags that shapes a slippers, the photo booth, the Zumba, the videoke, and selling food, the Message booth and the free hand Massage. When I’m sit over the Flag pole. I saw my classmates in the campus my classmates in First semester, they hug me and said “Hi, ellona miss ka na naming.” Then I smiled to them and said “Miss ko na rin kayo.” And they said “Kumpleto na tayo, asan si Analyn?” Then I said “Hindi ata siya makakapunta.” That is the end of conversation.

 Then my other classmate we buy a ticket to take a picture in photo booth. I’m a little bit happy of what happened in the University day. When Saturday came I didn't go in the campus because it is okay to see some booths and bonding with my classmates last February 20 2015, they said that they  don’t see some booth, some of the booth of my classmates see is the Jail booth and the photo booth they didn't see some enterprising product.

This is my experience in the University Day. It is the special day of University because they want to celebrate their University with the participation of students. Some of them are happy some of my classmates feel bored and not interesting to go in the campus. Foundation day is one of the occasion it is the time to bond with your hundreds schoolmates, friends, classmates, and faculty, staff gather together to plant flower. 

Internet Security

Now that the Internet is an integral part of our lives, it's easy to forget that 15 years ago it didn't even exist, at least for most people. In fact, the Internet has been around for more than 45 years, with the original iteration functioning as a way for scientists and scholars to send messages to one another.

So, how did the Internet grow from its academic origins to become the indispensable global tool we know today? Many would say its rise was due to the creation of the World Wide Web or the speed of data transmission that made the Internet accessible to billions of users. 

I would argue that it comes down to another -- equally important, if less visible -- development: security. Information security is necessary to maintain privacy, authentication, integrity and availability. Without it, all business communication, from small credit card purchases to trillion-dollar transactions, stops. Our personal lives, too, would be hugely disrupted if our data could not be protected.

Today, the web is changing faster than ever before: wireless connected to a vast, invisible network, the number of Internet-enabled mobile phones in the world is roughly the same as the total global population. Already, cars and televisions are being manufactured with inbuilt Internet capabilities, and in the coming year we will see a plethora of "smart" refrigerators, toasters, heaters and air conditioners. In a very short time there may be more appliances online than computers. 

The problem is not in expanding the scope of the basic technology itself, but in doing so haphazardly. My concern is that although security is the key enabling technology of the last two decades of Internet growth, its vital role is still not recognized, and so it is not being designed into products and systems from the ground up. Security is being added on carelessly, an afterthought rather than a design priority. This is not merely poor planning; it is a recipe for disaster.

In this sense, Internet security is already in terrible shape. I know that may sound alarmist, but the truth is pretty alarming: the hacking of individuals, companies and governments has become a constant stream. There is a saying in the business world that there are only two types of companies: those that have been hacked and those that don't know they've been hacked. Despite this, many large organizations still treat cyber-security as a lower-level priority, a cost item to be minimized wherever possible. It's fair to say that companies invest more time and effort in designing their environmentally friendly buildings than in shielding their information-technology networks. 

The result has been case after case of infiltration, information theft and even physical damage.

The Pitch Perfect Movie

Genre: Movie 

We all know that Pitch perfect is one of the American Musical Comedy film Directed by Jason Moore. This Movie is one of my favourite movies because it’s musical comedy I like musical movie. The plot follows a college women’s a cappella group. The Barden Bellas as they compete against another a cappella group from their college to win Nationals the film is loosely adapted from Mickey Rapkin’s non-fiction book, titled Pitch Perfect: The Quest for Collegiate a Cappella Glory.

 The cast of this movie are The Barden Bellas Anna Kendrick as Beca Mitchell, a reclusive and rebellious Barden freshman who wants to pursue a music career; she joins the Barden Bellas to appease her father and finds herself being caught up in their world. The other one is Anna Camp as Aubrey Posen, the uptight and traditionalist co-leader of the Bellas; when she vomited at Nationals the Previous year; she ruined the Bellas’ chance at winning. She constantly critical and insists that the Bellas use the same set list the Bellas have been using for years, Britanny Snow as Chloe Beale, the kinder and more civil co-leader of the Bellas, whose attempt to get Aubrey to listen to Beca’s suggestions get ignored. Another cast in the Barden Bellas is Rebel Wilson as Patricia “Fat Amy” she is the one comedic and eccentric member of the Bellas. Ester Dean as Cynthia-Rose adams, a black tomboyish, Alexis Knapp as Stacie Concrad a highly sexually-driven member of the Bellas, Hana mae Lee as Lilly Onakuramara, a strange member of the Bellas who speaks too quietly to be heard but is later revealed to be talented beat boxer. Kelly Alice Jakle as Jessica, Wanetah Walmsley as Denise, And lastly Shelley Regner as Ashley. The Treblemakers is one the a cappella group who competes from the Barden Bellas. The member of Tremblemakers are Skylar Astin as Jesse Swansn, an outgoing Bardem freshmen who hopes to one day become a film score composer due to his great love for films. He joins the Barden Tremblemakers. Ben platt as Benji Applebaum, Adam Devine as Bumper Allen, Utkarsh Ambudkar as Donald, Michael Viruet as Unicycle, and ect..

The story of the Pitch Perfect start at a national a cappella competition, the Barden University all-female a cappella group, the Barden bellas, perform well until Aubrey Posen projectile vomits on stage during her solo. They are publicly humiliate, losing any chance of winning. Four months later, Beca mitchell arrived in Barden she is newly arrived freshmen, she has no desire to attend college but she is forced to do so by her father, a professor at the university, with whom Beca has strained Relationship. Wishing she could instead pursue a career in music making, Beca spends her time making mash-up mixes of songs and takes up an intership at the school radio station, where she meets new fellow freshman Jesse Swanson, who immediately attached to her.

Then after that Beca’s father discover she has not been attending classes, so that he comes to her with proposition, if he joins a club and still does not want to remain to a college after one year, he will allow her to leave school, and he will pay for Beca to move Los angeles to Pursue her music career. I don’t know what is next but I remember that Beca didn’t want to leave at school and she pursue her music career and then she joins from Barden bellas Group and meet new Friends Then they join the competition but the audience enjoy the Beca’s remix. After the performance The Bellas win the national competition and after six months, auditions for new member take place.

So I like this movie since when I'm fourth Year High school, if I'm free to go from them I want to join in their Movie. If you watch this movie Swear you can't regret because it is musical comedy its interesting also. 

You have to Love the Opportunity

Genre: Work (Personally chosen)

Somebody said you have to love what you do, but that’s not necessarily true. The true is that you have to love the opportunity to do what you do. You can be inspired by having found something even though you are making mistakes in the beginning and even though it is a little distasteful taking on a new discipline that haven’t learned before. You don’t have to love it, you just have to learn to appreciate the opportunity and appreciate the person who brought you the good news that found you. Appreciate that person who believed in you before you believed in yourself. Appreciate the person who said “Hey, if I can do it, you can do it.” If you will embrace the disciplines associated with the new opportunity you will soon find that your self-confidence starts to grow, that you go from being skeptic to being believer. 

So, before you are tempted to give up or get discouraged, remember all success is based on long-term commitment, faith discipline, attitude, and a few stepping stones along the way. You might not like the stone you are on right now, but it's sure to be one of the stone that lead to great opportunities in the future. 

Don't just love your job. Love the opportunity of having a job where you can learn and be productive in. There are literally thousands out there who would be more than willing to take over your job because of deprived opportunity. Cultivate a thankful hear and use your current job as a stepping stone towards something better. And most importantly, seek God for directions and the right timing to do so.

I read a quotation somewhere that said" Life is God's gift to you and what we do with our lives is our gift to God." Let me use that some quotation for work by saying "our work is God's gift to us and how we work is our gift to Him." 

Glorify God through the quality of you work, consider work not just a source of income or venue for self-expression. Treat each working day as an opportunity to glorify God. Your work can be your gift to God if you invest on the building meaningful relationship in the workplace. Build good relationship with your superiors. Don't be discouraged on your work if you have to right in your work because even the process of working towards excellence is already a gift that you can offer to God. Share the gift of salvation to your co-workers. Appreciate this work because it is Gift from God.
A word to unwise is resented. But a word to the wise is sufficient.

The Gethsemane Prayer Mountain 

Want to know where you can find a peaceful place with an overview of a clear and blue.  This breath-taking and awesome creature of God is located at Montalban Rizal. This is the Place for all of us whom believe in God but everyone are welcome to travel in this place; this is the place for Praising, Worshiping, Meditating, Prayer Meeting and Talking to God.  I encourage you to go in this place because you will never want to leave in this Mountain. I want you to know when I was I think I’m 7 year old, we went in this Prayer mountain with my fellow church I didn't forget the moment when our Jeep was slide the vehicle because the road is steep but God protect us so all of us are save. In Gethsemane Prayer Mountain is one of the Beautiful, Amazing and Wonderful creations in the world by God. One of the amenities in Gethsemane is the “Prayer cell” it is the chance to Pray, to Meditate and Talk to God and feel the presence of God.  The only Purpose for Gethsemane Prayer Mountain is to Pray and Meditate the word of God.

If you want to think or you want a peace of mind this is the best place that I can recommend. Not far from the city. There a small church in a Mountain.  And you can see a painting of Jesus Christ. The travel and tour in Gethsemane is very worthwhile. You’ll never regret once you go there. You feel that you've been in province at the moment. You can hear the birds, and of course you can smell the fresh air. The road is steep, but it’s okay. It took an hour to reach the prayer mountain. It was the great place to seek God.  It’s not accident when you went or go in Gethsemane Prayer Mountain, Yes it’s not important to go their but the appreciation that God create this place is the important even if where are we God hear our Prayer. After 7 Years that I didn't visit in Prayer Mountain I felt missing this place I want to climb again and  see his creation , feel his power that he give me a strength all the time with his faithful Love with his guidance, even if I'm not go there I feel his Glorious and Presence,  When the Pastor at the church I attending that he is my Father are giving schedule or set to go again in the Prayer Mountain. After a Day we went in a prayer Mountain I’m excited to go there with my father and with church mates. So when we rich the place, I’m very happy to see the place and I’m here again.







 The Place that only few the amenities but feel the glorious of God are being Doubled when I visit again, there is a new build of Small building that for the Bible school, the Swimming pool for Baptist , the small house for Praising, worshiping and for cell group, the Garden that have design.  The lights off is 10:00 pm then the room of the Girls are separated from boys. The Registration I think 50.00 and detached from room.  So come in this Gethsemane Prayer Mountain I assure you’ll never regret once you go there. God says  Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.  For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. 

I experienced in Gethsemane are talking God between he and me, I’m thankful for all his creatures in Earth, everyone of us is have a problem it is the best place to think, to meditate, to cry. When I’m in Gethsemane I ask Lord, Why me? This is common to most people. When misery and trials in life come, we tend to ask God, “Lord, of all people, why me?’’ But when blessings come and our prayers are answered, we never as, “Lord, Why me?” We never even bother to ask Him why He has given us the provision and the excess and who are the people He wants us to help and bless. Let’s be channels of blessings to other people. I have always believed in the saying,”It is better to give than to receive.” We need to be reminded that we are just merely His stewards. We need to become good stewards or He might take it away from us and entrust it someone else. If you want to go in Gethsemane this is the best place to open your mouth to talk God, Kneel by God if you are down or anything, and use your feet to act you’re all repentant and having a faith. God Bless everyone. 

A Good Citizenship

Be A Good Citizen

We have engaged in two boundless and peaceful revolutions, yet nothing seems to have changed because we have just changed our leaders and have not changed ourselves. We keep blaming our political leaders for the mess we are in. We keep demanding good governance from them but have not demanded anything from ourselves. There seems to be a missing piece in the puzzle. If we demand good governance from those public offices, there must be a counterpart from our end and this is good citizenship. And how do we become good citizens? By living according to good citizenship values which can we drive from the preamble of the constitutions-Faith in God, unity, patriotism, work, Respect for Life, Respect for Law and Government, Truth, Justice, Freedom, love, Equality, Peace, Promotion of the common Good, Concern for the family and Future Generations, Concern for the Environment and order.

These are our values as a people. These are values that will make us good citizens, if we live by them. They must be translated into concrete action in all aspects of our lives at all times. If we do this, then all our actions no matter how humble will build our nation in much the same way that the simple act of a humble and the realization that all our actions based on these values, no matter how small, are building our nation, will give us that sense of nationhood that has heretofore escape us.

There is nothing new in these good citizenship values. We do not need to learn them. We know them. What is lacking is the will to live by them. How then shall we move from knowing them to living by them? We just have to take a look at the mess we are in and we will realize it is the absence of these values in the way we live that has brought it about:  sinfulness, discord, greed and selfishness, indolence, violence, and murder, anarchy, intrigue and mudslinging, oppression, exploitation, hatred, war, broken homes, environmental degradation, violation of human rights. And then we should ask ourselves.  Is this the world we want to live in? Shall we be part of the problem or part of the solution? We just have to decide. Yes, we want a better country. Yes, we will live these values at all times, no matter what cost, through thick and thin, come hell or high water. Because living these values is the only way to turn things around, to have a better world. Sometimes, it will not be easy to live these values. There will be a price to pay. But living these values will also have their own rewards as all good works will bear good fruit, maybe not on short term, but in the long term.

If we are to build a better nation, it is not enough to press for good governance, we have to demand to ourselves, each one of us, young and old, rich and poor, Muslim, Christian or Protestant, good citizenship that is values based and values-driven.

There is still hope for our country. Let us forget the politicians. We can transform this country from below. If we cannot find heroes among our leaders, let us find them among the ordinary people, those who build our nation by truly heroic act of being good citizenship day by day all the days of their lives.

Do not ask what your government can do for you, but ask what you can do for your government.
